Introducing Marcia Brock: a trailblazing IT specialist, author, and community leader. Marcia's journey spans England and Jamaica. She broke barriers as a entrepreneur at 9, going on to become the UK's youngest Microsoft female engineer in the 90s and continued to make history as the first Black woman to earn the Cisco Wireless Networking qualification. Marcia's 40+ year career is marked by international work with
various sectors, encounters with notable figures like JayZ and The Queen, and recognition as a thought leader and award-winning IT and community specialist. She founded 'Smart' and co-founded impactful initiatives like Trinity Collective and Smart World. Marcia's resilience shines through her battles with cancer, lupus, and EDS, fueling her passion for raising awareness and supporting those with chronic conditions.
